This app is simply amazing! I love how you can add extra principle payments in to see how quickly you can pay off your loan just by adding extra payments. You can figure out how to turn a 30 year mortgage into a lot lesser of a term. I added my tax return as an extra primciple payment each year and watched the years fall off my loan. Definitely recommend! Very user friendly.

Most mortgage calculators dont allow the control or addition of extra payments, especially one-time payments. This app also lets you identify numerous additional fees that can apply in some situations. I have found it very easy to use for general analysis of a mortgage, but also powerful enough to add real detail.

Very easy. Includes taxes, insurance, arms... Just easy to play with when looking at houses and shopping for loans. Can also do multiple loans.

This is the best loan app of its type I have found I have bought many of them. Intuitive and full of useful variables. It would be nice though if there was a way to label the extra costs.

will not let you put in payment to determine loan term

This app is great because it lets you see the effect of extra payments and factor in costs like insurance and property tax!

Great app, but the branding in-app purchase is overpriced. Before the bug fix for the branding inability to purchase the upgrade price was reasonable; however now that the upgrade is working the price point sky rocketed. Once the price is back to reasonable, I will return to give the app 5 Stars.

Very easy to setup extremely helpful

I cant say enough good things about this app. It allows me to enter all my one time additional payments and my monthly over payments that have changed over time. I setup different payment scenarios and was able to overlay them on the same chart. This app is exactly was I was looking for.

Been trying lots of apps that just dont quite put everything together. This one allows you to put in taxes, insurance, PMI, extra payments and present the data in an easy to visualize format. One suggestion. Allow duplication of a saved scenario, then allow edits. Unless I missed something, I had to re-enter tax, insurance and PMI for each new payoff scenario that I created.
