Very nice for comparing differences in rates and extra payments

Been trying lots of apps that just dont quite put everything together. This one allows you to put in taxes, insurance, PMI, extra payments and present the data in an easy to visualize format.

One suggestion. Allow duplication of a saved scenario, then allow edits. Unless I missed something, I had to re-enter tax, insurance and PMI for each new payoff scenario that I created.
