Best in the App Store for Canadian mortgages. American apps are unable to calculate interest on a semi-annual compounding schedule, making them useless north of the border. This app gets it right, plus its the nicest looking mortgage calculator available. Developer is very responsive to feedback and feature requests. Highly recommended.

This app has all the functions I was looking and is far more than a simple what will I pay per month calculator. The only feature I would like to see is a calendar date column in the table view. Great job.

Nice apps

This program is excellent!!! I had a few issues btw my iPhone and iPad setup but I sent an email to the author and he replied within minutes!! Great customer support!!!

This up claims to calculate extra payment made either annually or monthly. But when you try to enter the amount the space is de highlighted and I cant enter the amount. The reason I bought this up up is to calculate pay off Morgage time if I pay yearly lump sum. I could not do with this app. I am disappointed.

This app is intuitive and easy to navigate. Worth every cent.

Great app. It was hard to find app with 34 yrs amortization with acc biweekly payment. Quick response from author when ask questions about the features. I love it. It would be great if I could see the number of years I save in the compare scenarios clearly even though I have this info in amortization schedule, just saves few extra clicks. Thanks.

Fantastic. This program save hours of calculating. In the 1970s I had to spend $50 to have schedule printed at a accountants office. The interest back then was 12% to 17% I now pay 2.5%!!

This mortgage calculator is one of the best Apps I have used. It does exactly what the name says. Its real easy to use and a neat tool even if you go to buy a car to check those crafty auto dealers that they dont screw you over.

I am a in my second year on my first mortgage and this app is helping me see whats actually going on with my mortgage and what I can do. If you are at all financially savvy this app WILL help you save money. I recommend

If the app could include a rental income option to calculate the possibility of affording a higher mortgage loan or taking on a larger property, that will make it more holistic.
