Best in the App Store for Canadian mortgages. American apps are unable to calculate interest on a semi-annual compounding schedule, making them useless north of the border. This app gets it right, plus its the nicest looking mortgage calculator available. Developer is very responsive to feedback and feature requests. Highly recommended.

This app has all the functions I was looking and is far more than a simple what will I pay per month calculator. The only feature I would like to see is a calendar date column in the table view. Great job.

Some bad moments

This up claims to calculate extra payment made either annually or monthly. But when you try to enter the amount the space is de highlighted and I cant enter the amount. The reason I bought this up up is to calculate pay off Morgage time if I pay yearly lump sum. I could not do with this app. I am disappointed.

I love this application. It is user friendly and easy to comprehend.

This is the 2nd or third app I bought and can be the last. Does extra payments and one off payments. Thank you developer!

Simply outstanding. My favorite app to date. The app lets you enter all of your mortgages or simply run some quick and accurate numbers on a potential purchase. The app DOES let you enter HOA, prop taxes and other expenses into the equation as well (other reviewers were saying it doesnt. The charts are stunning - I mean it literally took my breath away. The what-if-analysis option is perfect. For example the app showed me my standard 30 year pay off but when I said "what if I pay an extra 300 a month on the mortgage what would that do?" - it showed me a table with all the details including that I would pay the mortgage off in 12 years :-) Very cool and my favorite app (I have bought over a hundred) to date. Well done developer!! Dont hesitate to buy this app everyone.

Very disappointed. I have tried many, and this just doesnt perform enough for the cost.
