This is probably the most detailed app for running quick scenarios if you invest in real estate. I would love to see more features that allows to enter intake if I were to rent out the property so I can see possibles revenue. But even without it love the app

I love this App. Used it to help determine the best refinance available. Definitely recommend it. If I could add an improvement, it would be that I could have more than one loan stored at a time.

Must have for home owners and real estate investors!

This is the only app i have found that will let you put in how much extra principal i pay per month. The charts are very appealing to the eyes also! Great app, worth the money

Very intuitve.

Easy to use

I just purchased this APP and I am going to search for another. I would like to calculate the effect on my mortgage balance and tern if I paid and additional monthly and a additional yearly lump payment. I dont think it does that. If it does...it does not do it easily.

As I am not an expert in finance by any means, I was able to use this app to plan for and even negotiate the terms of the private mortgage I am currently paying off.

Their photos of the functionality of this app are fake and does not exist. I thought this would be simple to use and its not. Maybe its just a bug but I feel like I just wasted $2. Luckily Im not going broke.

Do not waste your money on this app. It doesnt input your taxes or homeowners insurance. Using it is very counter intuitive.

Brilliant app, ideal for working out how much time and money extra payments can save you. The charts and tables make it dead easy to visualise the effects. And contrary to the previous review, there is a whole section dedicated to entering your Tax and Insurance info on the mortgage details screen.

I purchased several other calculators before this one when i ws looking into home loans. I used this the most and deleted the others. After the purchased of my home, I still use this to see how my extra payments affect the life of the loans. Simple and easy to figure out. Save yourself the money and buy this first.

Very well done. A lot of flexibility, provides all the right tools and options to explore all possible scenarios.

Outstanding application, blows everything else that Ive tried out of the water. Ive got the information entered for all 5 mortgages, and an using the application to strategize overpayments to maximize profits and minimize loss. Perfect for investors!

This app makes you sound super smart and financial savvy to your clients. They are going to think that youve spent hours researching savings for their loans when all you have is your trusty IPhone Im front of you. For 2 bucks this app is the deal of the century!

I wish I would have had this with my first mortgage. Excellent and simple tool. I hope it stays that way. Nice mix of visual and spreadsheet-like tools.

Great for the "what if" calculations. A couple of things that I dont like: 1) Upon entry, it uses the date of loan as the first payment date, not accounting for the time between date of loan and 1st payment and the accrued interest. 2). Extra payments cant be entered on specific dates ... Just the month of regular payment so the accrued interest is always going to be off. I make many small extra payments to keep checking account at an even xx10.00 balance and the application can not adjust for this.
