Really useful app

Used this app to help decide if I would refinance. Very easy to use. You can factor in insurance, taxes, and other costs that most online calculators dont let you add. I loved how you could add more than one type of extra payment and specify the amount of time for each. This was great for getting a more accurate idea from when I used to add smaller extra payments for the first couple of years and then slowly increased them over time. The summary, chart, and table views are great for getting the big picture and the details. Well worth the price.
